The ADSW Opening Ceremony brings together the global sustainability community to ignite powerful conversations and set the stage for a transformative week ahead, where bold ideas take root and the future of sustainable development begins to unfold.

As the official kickoff to Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, the event convenes Heads of State, policymakers, CEOs, and thought leaders from around the world, signaling a shared commitment to advancing sustainable progress. Serving as a dynamic launchpad for the week’s high-level forums, roundtables, and innovation showcases, the Opening Ceremony lays the foundation for cross-sector collaboration and breakthrough solutions.

The Zayed Sustainability Prize Awards Ceremony celebrates 11 winners driving real-world impact across the categories of Health, Food, Energy, Water, Climate Action and Global High Schools.

The Prize’s 17th Awards Ceremony will be held at Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW). It will be attended by over 3,500 global delegates, including Heads of State, senior policymakers, business and civil society leaders, scientists, and academics.

The event will also pay tribute to the legacy of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE’s founding father, and inspire action to further advance the global sustainability agenda.
